Terms of Service
By using WatchPay (watchpay.club), you agree to these terms. WatchPay is a payment agent panel offering live UPI orders, commission earnings, and wallet services.
Eligibility: You must be 18+ and provide accurate registration details (mobile, bank, UPI, etc.).
Orders & Commission: Pay the exact order amount and submit a valid UTR. Commission is credited only after admin approval. Fake UTR, wrong payment, or misuse may lead to rejection or account action.
Wallet & Withdrawals: Withdrawals follow platform rules (minimum limit, order requirements) and are processed after admin review.
Account Freeze & Compensation: If a user’s account is frozen by the platform without the user’s fault and any wallet amount remains locked, WatchPay will compensate with 2× (two times) the frozen amount, subject to verification that the freeze was not due to fraud, fake UTR, policy violation, or misuse.
Prohibited: Fake payments, multiple fake accounts, chargebacks, or abuse may result in permanent ban without compensation.
Liability: WatchPay is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI apps, network issues, or third-party payment systems.
